Counties to No Longer Share Emergency Response Coordinator

Sheridan County will be getting their own Public Health Emergency Response Coordinator in the coming year.

Johnson County Public Health Nurse Manager Mechelle Rivera, in a report to the Johnson County Commission, explained why Robin King will now concentrate her time in Johnson County.

According to discussions, changes to budgets, funding and other issues will be compiled and submitted to the state for their review and approval.

New contracts for the first 6 months of the coming year are expected to be drafted and sent to the county commission in the coming weeks.
