County Enters Agreement for Housing Needs Assessment

Sheridan County will be getting a Housing Needs Assessment and a Housing Action Plan after the county commission voted to enter into a professional services agreement to get them.

County Administrative Director Renee Obermueller explained the documents and the need for them to the commission at this week’s meeting.

The agreement specifies a not-to-exceed cost to the county of $38,000 for Guren Gruen & Associates, LLC to prepare the assessment and action plan.
