No one was injured after a tractor-trailer caught fire on eastbound I-90 just north of Ranchester.
According to Ranchester Fire Captain Jeff Barron, the incident occurred just after 3pm on Tuesday, June 29th, at milepost 7, or roughly 2 miles north of where I-90 and US Highway 14 meet.
The occupants of the tractor trailer were able to escape without injury.
Volunteer Fire Departments from Ranchester and Dayton, along with the Wyoming Highway Patrol, and Rocky Mountain Ambulance responded to the scene.
After about 1 hour after the incident happened, 1 lane of I-90 east was reopened.
The incident is under investigation.
