Buffalo Building Inspector Reports on Funding for Affordable Housing Project

Buffalo Building Inspector Terry Asay, in his report to the city council at their last meeting, updated them on the latest information regarding a developer that is looking to build an affordable housing complex in the city.

He said they are waiting to hear if they received Wyoming Community Development Authority (WCDA) funding for a local project.

Developer Alex Burkhalter, with Housing Solutions LLC, is wanting to develop

a project to build a 24-unit affordable housing complex, which has had various locations proposed on city-owned lands with a 99-year lease to the developer.

    Put us on list for a brand new apartment in Buffalo Wy as we want to move there and all the apartments there that I see online are old and outdated
