Feghali Receives Suspended Sentence for Drug Distribution Charge

Ron RichterOn March 18, 31-year-old Tanios Feghali pleaded guilty in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan to a charge of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance- Marijuana. The guilty plea was entered as part of a plea agreement reached with the State that recommended a second charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance With Intent to Deliver be dismissed. Feghali was arrested last fall for the crimes that occurred on October 15 in Sheridan County.
At a sentencing hearing Thursday, District Court Judge John Fenn accepted the terms of the plea agreement and sentenced Feghali to 2 to 4 years in prison, suspended in lieu of three years of supervised probation. Feghali was also ordered to pay $625 in various court costs and attorney fees.
