Johnson County OKs 2020-21 Budget Funds Transfers

Johnson County’s Commissioners voted to approve transfers of funds in the 2020-21 budget at their meeting this week.

The funds are explained by County Clerk Vicki Edelman.

The funding amount from the Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Dividion for the SARS/COVID-19 testing is just over $199,000.

The US Forest Service grant for the sheriff’s office is for $15,000.

The $25,000 Wyoming Energy Retrofit grant will be used for a winterization project in the attic of the courthouse.

The total transfer amount is $just over $239,000.
