Sheridan Commission to Consider NOIs for Vacations of Property

Sheridan County’s Commissioners will consider two separate Resolutions for Notices of Intent (NOI) for the vacation of property within the county.

They will consider NOIs for a portion of County Road 141, a/k/a Old Banner Story Road/Piney-Prairie Dog Creek Road.

They will also consider a NOI for the vacation of a portion of Dana Avenue in the Downer Addition.

Also on the agenda is consideration of approval of a draft City/County Cooperative Agreement for an update to the Sheridan County Comprehensive Plan and Joint Land Use Plan.

They will consider a request to adjust the permit boundary for the Minick Quarry; and the revocation of Item CU-16-034, Stanley Sanitation.

Finally, there is an Executive Session scheduled for a matter concerning litigation.

The meeting will be Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. in the Second Floor Board Room, #220, in the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.
