Council to Consider Bid Award for First Phase of South Downtown Project

A bid award for phase one of the South Downtown project is an item under the consent agenda for the Sheridan City Council’s upcoming business meeting. Staff is recommending the City Council award the bid to LJS Concrete and Excavating in the amount of $2.66 million. City Engineer Thomas Morneau.

The City Council will also be considering the third and final reading of an ordinance to amend the Teal Springs Planned Unit Development Phase One Master Plan. The City Council will meet on Tuesday night instead of Monday due to the Presidents Day holiday. The meeting will take place Tuesday at 5:30 pm in Council Chambers on the third floor of Sheridan City Hall.
