Jennings Announces Run for House District 30
Sheridan Republican Mark Jennings announced Thursday he will be running for the seat in House District 30.
Jennings held the seat for ten years before vacating it two years ago to run for the seat in Senate District 22, which was won by Barry Crago of Buffalo.
Jennings told The Open Range Record, “After a lot of prayer and discussions with my family and close friends, I have decided to run for House District 30.”
In an earlier release to Sheridan Media, Jennings said, “I still believe that our government should be smaller, more efficient and live within its means.”
He continued, saying he believes in a strong, traditional family unit as well as in the protection of life, adding that Wyoming is a strong state and that with less governmental regulation and more of the rugged individualism that makes for great competition, the economy will grow.
He is pro-second amendment, believing people should be able to protect themselves, and be pro-active in our safety and the safety of our families.
Jennings made the announcement during an interview with Cowboy State Politics.

Rep. Jennings is NOT a member of the freedom caucus.
He is one of the most honest, principled and moral men in politics, that Wyoming has. We are truly fortunate to have him willing to serve again.
Sheridan County citizens will all benefit greatly, when he returns to the Wyoming House.
