Industrial Lane Subdivision

A resolution to subdivide 25.9 acres into five lots at 60 Industrial Lane as a County subdivision was an item presented to the Sheridan City Council at this week’s study session. City Planner Kelly Schroeder provides the details of the subdivision request.

Schroeder said the proposed subdivision is located east of the City and adjacent to Burlington Northern rail right-of-way, and that City limits lie just beyond the rail right-of-way to the south of the subject property, and approximately one-quarter of a mile to the west and north. The proposed subdivision is currently and will continue to be served by private wells and private, on-site small wastewater systems.
