Aaron PalmerSheridan County’s Commissioners have ratified a License Agreement with Centurylink/Lumen for a bored crossing installation/repair work for the Dayton Water Treatment Plant.
According to the agreement, the bore will be done on County Road #92, a/k/a Tongue Canyon Road.
A letter from Lumen to County Engineer Ken Muller says service to the Dayton Water Treament Plant has been disrupted and needs repaired. Dayton Mayor Clifford Reed has placed a new cable from the service location to Tongue Canyon Road and Centurylink will need to bore across to existing cable on the other side of the road.
The county has charged no fee for the license agreement.

Mundane they do well. It’s the big, important things that they mess up. When they were responsible for filling a critically important vacancy on the Board, they blew it. They rigged the process so as to reject all three Party Nominees. They willfully and with malice, violated statute 18-3-524.
The “Failed Four” or as some have suggested the “Four Criminal Commissioners” will always be remembered by voters as the “Gang of Four Fraudsters” who couldn’t pick one out of three. Something schoolkids can do half-asleep.

Dennis the Menace, I will explain the whole thing one more time just for you. Throughout this whole time you’re the only one who says the County Commissioners broke the law. Now granted, you have political experience at holding a sign on the corner of a street, (although that wasn’t successful either was it?) but all the legal authorities say they are NOT GUILTY.
On Sept. 1, Fourth Judicial District Court Judge Darci Phillips (your heroine)issued a court order that she would only select from the three candidates provided by the Sheridan GOP. She also indicated in her original order that the commissioners acted LEGALLY and accepted the nomination process in her court.
On Tuesday, March 12, Judge Thomas Sullins handed down a decision in the case of the Sheridan County Republican Party vs four Sheridan County Commissioners. The judge found in FAVOR of the defendants, the four county commissioners, and AGAINST the Sheridan County Republican Party.
The law you speak of is not subject to interpretation. The Commissioners followed the law to a “tee” and the legal experts agreed. I love the Tourism angle you are now playing with Christi’s incident. There is an opening on the Travel and Tourism board, just send in your application to the Board of County Commissioners, maybe you can sue them again if not selected.
I’ve never heard anyone suggest they are the Four Criminal Commissioners, in fact you’re the only one I’ve heard call them Failed four. Speaking of schoolkids, you act like one. Silly boy!
See ya!

I’m just wondering. Does Ms. Jennings share your thoughts and beliefs? Also, I noticed that Christi is the only one that you have singled out during this whole time. You’re not anti-women are you Dennis? I noticed you gave several other women posters on here a hard time as well. Let’s just share your criticism and hatred equally between men and women. Silly boy!
