Ron RichterAn ordinance to update the process for approving amendments to planned unit development master plans was an item of consideration at this week’s business meeting of the Sheridan City Council. City Attorney Brendon Kerns presented the details of ordinance 2277 to the Mayor and Council.
It was the consensus of the Council to have a three reading process for any major amendment change to PUD master plans. Ordinance 2277 was approved on first reading and must be approved two more times by the governing body before it takes effect.
