SCLT (Sheridan Community Land Trust) invites the public to be part of neon art at Soldier Ridge Trail on Wednesday, September 27, beginning at approximately 6:30 p.m.
Neon light artist Kelsey Fernkopf and photographer/videographer Steve Gilbert are inviting the public to join them as they create art at Soldier Ridge Trail.
Fernkopf and Gilbert are creating art across Sheridan County during their residency at The Jentel Foundation. The pair welcome members of the public to see their art as it’s created, and to be a part of it if you would like.
Interested members of the public are advised to bring headlamps as the project will conclude after dark. The artists intend to work from the scenic lookout about 1 mile from the trailhead. If you would like to participate, please arrive at the scenic lookout by 6:30 p.m. You are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you’d like.
You can learn more about Fernkopf’s work at https://www.kfernkopf.com/.
