Aaron PalmerThe Sheridan County Commission has voted to approve a vacation of an apparent use restriction on a parcel within the Big Goose Valley Subdivision.
The vacation deletes verbage from the subdivision plat, as explained by County Planner Mark Reid.
According to information from the County Public Works Department, the community hall did exist when the subdivision was approved back in 1971, but burned down around 1990 and was never rebuilt.
In 2005 the Kadramas Trust acquired interest in the parcel from the school district and have now made the request for the vacation.
