Sheridan Recreation District Adult Softball registration opening April 1

The Sheridan Recreation District Softball Season is quickly approaching. 

The district will feature 4 leagues this year and according to Executive Director Seth Ulvestad, the district has hopes to include more teams and more double headers. 

Sheridan Recreation District Recreation Program Supervisor Zach Stewart informed listeners of Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse of the schedule. 

Those interested in becoming an umpire for the Adult Softball Program can contact the Recreation District office at 674-6421.

Sheridan Recreation District Adult Softball Schedule

Registration Dates: April 1, – May 15, with Late Registration until May 17

Fee: $590 for Men’s League, Co-Ed Leisure & Competitive Leagues and $425 for Women’s — $25 off fee if Manager’s meetings are attended

Manager Meeting: Wednesday May 5, at Sheridan Junior High at 6 p.m.

Payment Deadline: May 19

Local Umpire Meeting: Tuesday May 11th @ Sheridan Recreation Office at 6 p.m.

Schedule: Schedules will be sent out May 21

Season Duration: Monday, May 24 – Early/Mid-August 

Playoffs: TBA either during the week or 1 weekend of play
