Emiliano Godines

Emiliano, Christina, Aaron, Tessleigh Godines, and Halie Everts walked into the Gates of Heaven together on June 13, 2022, in Mead, Colorado.

Emiliano Angel Gabriel Godines was born December 6, 1970 in Ayoquezco, Oaxaca, Mexico to Fransisco Godines and Heriberta Gabriel.

Emiliano married his soulmate, Christina Elissa Trujillo, in 1992. They were destined to be together. From this union, they have five beautiful children, Emiliano Gabriel, Aisling Rae, Christian Gabriel, Aaron Ray, and Abigail Aisling.

Emilio completed his primary schooling in Mexico. He received a Masseuse Certificate at Sheridan College. He worked concrete for many years. During this time he went to work for Mountain Peak Builders. He was with them for 16+ years and at the time of his death was a foreman. He also had his own company Angel Eyes Construction.

Emilio and Christy loved family and grandchildren and traveling on family vacations Emilio loved nature, and all animals, taking care of his beautiful yard trees, and always renovating his home as well as taking care of others.

Emiliano is survived by his Father-in-Law, Ernest Trujillo, and Mother-in-law, Raye Nellans, his Son, Christian Gabriel Gondinez, Daughter, Abigail Aisling Godinez, and Grandchildren, Alivia and Grayson Godinez. He was preceded in death by his two children, Emiliano Gabriel and Aisling Rae Godinez in 1996, and his Father, Fransico Godines, and Mother, Heriberta Gabriel.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 10:00 am at Kane Funeral Home with Father Clifford Jacobson officiating. Interment will be held at Sheridan Municipal Cemetery immediately following the service. A reception will follow at Big Horn Mountain Eagles, 1760 Commercial Ave in Sheridan.
