Weekend Local Sports Wrap up

SOCCER – The Sheridan high school soccer swept all four weekend league games with Cheyenne Central and Cheyenne East. Sheridan Media’s Kevin Koile has the weekend soccer wrap up.

TRACK AND FIELD – The Bronc and Lady Bronc track teams competed at the Queen city invitational in Spearfish, South Dakota the Broncs ran away with the boys team title while the Lady Broncs were 2nd full results can be seen on the sports page at sheridanmedia.com

This week the Broncs and Lady Broncs will compete at the Billings invitational Thursday.

GOLF – The high school spring golf season continues Thursday for the Broncs and Lady Broncs they are scheduled to play in Douglas Thursday.

TENNIS – Weather permitting the Sheridan high school tennis teams open their spring season at an invitational in Hardin, Montana Thursday.

ROCKIES BASEBALL – The Colorado Rockies opened the the MLB regular season taking two out of three from the LA Dodgers.

Sunday the Rox won 9-4 and now head out on the road for two games at the Texas Rangers starting this afternoon at 2:05. Rockies baseball can heard live all season on Smart Talk 106.3 FM.
