The Sheridan County YMCA is offering a class to those who may wish to get in shape but like many, don’t know where to start.

The YMCA is offering a free class to help you get started, Fitness 101. Executive Director Liz Cassiday told listeners of Sheridan Meida’s Public Pulse program that this class is perfect for those who may wish to make a healthy lifestyle change but find themselves lacking in the know-how to get started.

Cassiday told listeners that in her years of experience, she and her staff have seen people become overwhelmed during the initial stages of their health journey. This class is intended to provide information that will serve each individual that will keep them motivated and knowledgeable about how to achieve their healthy living goals.
