A Sports Medicine chiropractor will give instruction on trail running during the Sheridan Community Land Trust Discovery Sessions: Trail Running Mechanics on July 6, and August 3.

Both clinics will be led by Dr. Brandon Kelley, D.C., of Sheridan Spine & Sports Medicine for a run along the scenic Hidden Hoot Trail.

Kelly will give instruction on the basics of running technique, form, nutrition and hydration and recovery as part of a group run.

Kelly’s instruction can be used in many running locations and situations. Beginner and intermediate runners are encouraged to attend although all skill levels are welcome to attend, learn and run at their own pace.

Attendees are asked to meet at Black Tooth Park at 5:45 p.m. (follow 5th Street to the west edge of Sheridan). Clinic will begin at 6 p.m. SCLT is asking attendees to bring adequate footwear and water.
