The Celebrate the Arts Festival is only a week away. The festival brings artists, weavers and performers from all over the region to celebrate four days of art, music and performances.

According to Erin Butler, executive director of the WYO Theater, Sheridan Public Arts committee chair Kim Love resurrected Celebrate the Arts.

According to Sheridan Travel & Tourism, the arts economy generates as much as $20 million in local economic impact each year, while artists and art exports serve as tremendous ambassadors and advertisements, respectively, for the community.

During an appearance on Sheridan Media’s Public Pulse, Butler spoke about the festival.
