Senator Barrasso: ‘GOP Tax Cuts Put More Money in People’s Pockets’
Senate Majority Whip John Barrasso (R-Wyo.) Wednesday, highlighted the direct benefits Americans are receiving from the Working Families Tax Cuts law. Barrasso said for people that are filing their taxes for the first time under this new tax law – the Working Families Tax Cuts – they are seeing that they are keeping more, and this is what Republicans promised – to put more money in people’s pockets
Barrasso said the Internal Revenue Service released data Wednesday on the tax refunds that shows the average refund this year is over $3,400 per family, nearly $250 per month in people’s pockets, which is much higher than it was last year.

Pig slop too. Fuel prices are taking a lot more out of our pockets than any phony politician attempts to put in. People need to start thinking outside the box come midterms.Term limits now.

Fuel prices were higher under king Biden, but it was OK because it meant less driving and less greenhouse gasses which is better for the environment. So why is it bad now?

More blarney from Thomas Jones…the reason gas prices rose under the Biden administration was due to post pandemic surge in demand after refineries reduced output production operations…excessive inflation is always less desirable…tariff taxation only increases inflation and out of pocket expense…most everyone is pissed off which will be illustrated to the GOP in the upcoming mid-term elections

Looks like Barrasso is one of the lapdogs trying to rebrand the Big Beautiful Bill as “the working families tax cut” when the reality is that the bottom 95% of taxpayers will see increases by an average of $900 in 2026, with Wyomingites among those who will pay the most with an average closer to $1200-$1400.
Winning.

Lower taxes let more people keep more of their own money in their own pockets.
Personal attacks aside (which is all the left has) anytime the gov’t takes a smaller bite out of our pockets, it’s a good thing.
Lower taxes are always better!

tariffs and high fuel costs are just as pocket picking as taxes that’s why the GOP will be trounced in November
