Connolly Talks Gun-Free Zone Bill

State Representative Marilyn Connolly (HD-40) spoke with Sheridan Media to discuss the latest on the legislative session currently happening in Cheyenne.

She talked about HB0172, the Repeal of Gun Free Zones, that was heavily debated, passed out of the House, and then received to be introduced in the Senate.

She brought a similar bill that was ultimately rejected.

Connolly said HB302, the Governmental Immunity for Use of Firearms, was not sent to any committee and will not be discussed.

As of Monday, February 10, HB172 has been introduced in the Senate and has been assigned to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
