City Council Approves Several Purchases at Business Meeting

The Sheridan City Council approves a number of purchases at their business meeting Monday night. Sheridan Media’s Ron Richter has the details.

The City Council, under the consent agenda, approved the purchase of three 2026 All-Wheel Drive Dodge Durango Police Pursuit Vehicles from Fremont Motor Company out of Lander in the amount of $121,251. City Fleet and Administrative Coordinator Heather Czaplinski said the purchase was approved in the City’s current fiscal year budget.

Another budgeted item that was approved by the Council was the purchase of a wheel loader for the Solid Waste Landfill Division from Wyoming Machinery in the amount of $248,724.
