SOS Gray Applauds Dismissal of Lawsuit Seeking to Remove Him from Office

Wyoming District Court Judge Misha Westby on Thursday granted Wyoming Secretary of State Chuck Gray’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit filed by Tim Newcomb, which sought to remove Secretary Gray from office under the Fourteenth Amendment.

Newcomb previously filed a lawsuit seeking to remove Donald Trump from the ballot in 2024. That lawsuit was dismissed by Judge Westby in January 2024 and an appeal was dismissed by the Wyoming Supreme Court in March 2024.
