The University of Wyoming and the Wyoming Small Business Development Center are alerting small-business owners of an opportunity to make artificial intelligence (AI) their secret weapon for handling routine tasks and boosting productivity without needing to be a technical expert
Kellee Carroll will lead a Wyoming Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Network webinar titled “Using AI to Fill the Hiring Gap” from 10-11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22. To register, click here.
The Wyoming SBDC Network offers business expertise to help Wyoming residents think about, launch, grow, reinvent or exit their business. The Wyoming SBDC Network is hosted by UW with state funds from the Wyoming Business Council and funded, in part, through a cooperative agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
According to the University, the webinar will cover practical ways to use AI to create documents, manage customer inquiries and even handle social media content. Attendees will learn how small businesses are already using these tools to save time and reduce the workload on their teams. Perfect for business owners who want to work smarter, not harder, this session includes real-world examples and essential best practices for implementing AI safely and effectively in your business.
Carroll is a seasoned digital marketing strategist and business tech nerd who’s been transforming how Wyoming businesses operate for over eight years.
