Sheridan Commission Sets Process for New County Road

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a Resolution initiating the process to establish a new county road and to approve a viewer for the procedure.

The county road in question is a portion of Penrose Lane, as explained by County Engineer Ken Muller.

Muller said if the county accepts the viewer’s report, there will be a Notice of Intent published, which will then start the process of getting the public notifications out.

Commission Chairman Nick Siddle spoke before the vote, saying he had started the process for setting it as a county road.
