JCSD1 Board Does Not Approve Superintendent Contract, Discuss Further in Executive Session

During the Johnson County School Board meeting Monday night in Kaycee, the contract with Superintendent Charles Auzqui was not approved for extension through the 2026-27 school year.

The board voted the approval down to allow them to discuss the issue further in executive session after the regular meeting, as Auzqui recommended.
