Buffalo Council OKs Golf Course Liquor License Lease Agreement

The Buffalo City Council has approved a lease agreement between the city and the Buffalo Golf Club, Inc. for the city-owned liquor license for the establishment.

City Attorney Dennis Kirven said he reviewed the document and had no concerns with the lease agreement.

According to Buffalo City Clerk Julie Silbernagel, the lease amount is for $1,000 and will be in effect from January through December of 2023.
