Sheridan Commission OK’s NOI for Vacation of Rapid Creek Road

Sheridan County’s Commissioners have voted to approve publishing a Notice of Intent (NOI) for the vacation of a public road known as County Road #85, a/k/a Rapid Creek Road.

County Engineer Ken Muller discussed the proposed vacation with the commission.

The commission approved Muller to publish the NOI, which will be advertised to give the public the opportunity to comment on the proposal.
