Ron RichterTwo separate proposals to rezone property within the City of Sheridan were given third and final reading approval by the Sheridan City Council this week. The first ordinance to receive approval was the Val Vista Rezone. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner.
The second ordinance that Council approved on third and final reading was the Cloud Peak Storage Planned Unit Development Rezone, which rezones rezone 4.5 acres from B-1 business district to a PUD on property located at 2351 West 5th Street between Black Tooth Way and Mydland Road, across from the Covey Run Apartments.
