Big Game Applications Open Now

At the beginning of the year, the Wyoming Game and Fish Department opened up the application period on big game licenses for resident and non resident hunters. Game and Fish Sheridan Region Public Information Specialist Tina Schmidt shared the details on a new change to this year’s application information. 

Resident hunters have until June 1 to apply for deer, elk, and antelope while bighorn sheep, moose, and mountain goat licenses must be applied for by March 2. Nonresident elk applications must be submitted by Friday, Jan 31.
