Clearcreek FFA Honors Lynn Latham

Clearcreek FFA Banquet

Clearcreek FFA, Clearmont, held their annual awards banquet on May 4. Around 60 people attended the event.

Food was provided by FFA member’s parents and the Arvada/Clearmont school kitchen staff.

One highlight of the evening was a tribute to Lynn Latham, who was FFA advisor and shop teacher in Clearmont for over 30 years. Lynn retired in 2018, and unfortunately passed away in 2020.

Her daughter, Ivy Latham-Pazour, said this about Lynn and her commitment to FFA.

The Lynn Latham Memorial Scholarship is a $1000 scholarship towards tuition for a student who plans to go into Agriculture, welding or machining. This years recipient was Krista Malli.

New officers were installed for the 21-22 year.
