Sheridan Commission Approves Three T Lane Easement Vacation

The Three T Lane Easement Vacation was considered by the Sheridan County Commission during their regular meeting this week.

County Planner Mark Reid brought the easement vacation request before the commission and explained why the applicant was making the request.

Montana-Dakota Utilities and the City of Sheridan had no issues with the vacation, and the Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval of the vacation.

No comment was offered during the Public Hearing.

The commission voted to approve the easement vacation.
