Sheridan High School to Host Two Big Track and Field Events / Junior Hawks Open the Fraser Cup Tomorrow / Rockies Fall at the Dodgers

SHS SPRING SPORTS – We continue our conversation today with Sheridan high school Activities Director Don Julian, the school will host the “Dan Hansen” track invitational Saturday and the “Gary Benson” Border War meet next Tuesday and Julian says these are two of the big events they host in the spring.

And spring sports season is off to a good start as they hope for the weather to cooperate this weekend.

JUNIOR HAWKS – The Sheridan Junior Hawks are at the Fraser cup as the top six teams in the country meet to decide the overall national championship the cup is being played in St. Louis.

The cup has two days of pool play the Hawks open tomorrow against the Northeast Generals and then the North Iowa Bulls Friday.

SOCCER – The Sheridan high school soccer teams have Cheyenne South and Laramie on the schedule this week the Lady Broncs travel the Broncs play Friday at 4:00 and 6:00 Saturday’s games with Laramie will be played at Big Horn high school because Sheridan high school is hosting the Dan Hansen track meet game times are 10:00 and noon.

TENNIS – The Sheridan high school tennis teams play their next matches in Hardin, Montana Saturday.

GOLF – The Bronc and Lady Bronc golfers open their spring season in Buffalo Friday.
