Aaron PalmerThe Buffalo City Council has accepted the lone bid for a 2022 Ford F150 that will be outfitted and used as a patrol vehicle.
At their regular Tuesday meeting, the council was presented with the bid from Ken Garff Ford of Cheyenne in the amount of just over $35,000 with trade-in credit.
Building the vehicle into a patrol vehicle will cost just under $19,000 and will be done through a company in Colorado.
Councilman Wes Haskins asked why there was only one bid for the vehicle and for building it to a patrol car.
The council approvedthe bid to purchase the vehicle and will be using 1% funds for the purchase.
