cvannoyThe Northeast Regional Junior Science Fair is right around the corner! It will be held on Thursday, January 16 at the Thorne Rider Campus Center in the main lobby area, room TRCC008 at Sheridan College.
Last year around 50 students filled the room with science displays ranging from plant science, microbiology, crime solving, earth science and energy.
Susie Fisher, TRMS science teacher said, “This year we will have the fair during the school day. It will begin at about 2:45 p.m. and we hope to be finished by 5:00 p.m., possibly closer to 5:30. Students who receive top three in their category are invited to attend the State Science Fair at the University of Wyoming in Laramie on March 2nd-4th.”
Judges are needed again this year for the science fair. Here is the link for the judges to fill out if they are interested in judging this year: https://forms.gle/1H1mSDEbq9jsn8Zh9
Judges would need to be there at the college by 2:00 p.m. at the latest on the day of the fair. They will have snacks for you! If you have any questions, please email Susie Fisher at sfisher@sheridan.k12.wy.us for more information
