Buffalo Council Annexes ‘Pike Addition’

Buffalo’s City Council, at their meeting Tuesday evening, approved Ordinance No. 1419 on third and final reading, annexing the Pike Addition into the City of Buffalo.

According to discussion at an earlier meeting, the property is a parcel of just over 10 acres situated on lands on Cinema Drive off of Highway 16 East.

The subject property, once annexed, will be zoned as R-1 Single-Family Residential.

The council, after making a motion and seconding to approve, voted to pass Ordinance No. 1419 to approve the annexation.
