Sheridan County’s Commissioners have approved a request from Morrison–Maierle engineering for a six-month extension on a Subdivision Improvement Agreement.
County Planner Mark Reid explained the need for the extension.
Commissioner Allen Thompson asked for more clarification on the request.
The commission also approved a reduction in the amount of the letter of credit, pending an acceptable Engineer’s Estimate and an updated letter of credit.
