Johnson County’s Commissioners will be having their first meeting in December at 3pm Tuesday, instead of their regular start time of 9am.

The commission will work through a light agenda, which is expected to take about an hour to complete.

The commissioners, as the County Board of Equalization, will open the meeting at 3, before they reopen the regular meeting.

A Resolution to approve the holidays for county employees during the 2020 calendar year is expected to be approved; as is a contract between the county and the Wyoming Game & Fish Department; and they are expected to make a selection of a proposal for the County’s Natural Resources Plan.

The commission will also get a year-end report from County Clerk Vicki Edelman on her department, and will deal with tax corrections from Assessor Deb Robinson.

Again, the meeting will begin Tuesday at 3pm upstairs in the commission chambers at the Historic Johnson County Courthouse.

The public is welcome to attend.
