Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt sold out, tickets still available for dinner and auction

The 9th Annual Wyoming Women’s Antelope Hunt, sponsored by the Wyoming Women’s Foundation (WYWF) has sold out of openings for hunters in 2021.
Those registered to attend will gather from Oct. 7–10, at the Ranch at Ucross, to experience camaraderie and mentorship through hunting.
Hunters of all experience levels are set to participate, meeting new women interested in the sport, learning from professional guides, and participating in other activities, including do-it-yourself meat processing workshops, shooting sports, archery, and fly fishing. The event also educates participants about fair chase and conservation-oriented hunting practices endorsed by the Boone and Crockett Club.
According to Director of the Wyoming Women’s Foundation Rebekah Smith, the hunt consistently sells out. She said this is because the event “isn’t just about hunting. It’s about giving women the opportunity to both learn and teach important self-sufficiency skills while creating camaraderie and friendships that will last a lifetime.”
Although 2021 hunting spots are sold out, multiple levels of sponsored 8-seat tables and individual dinner tickets are available for the Auction Dinner, also held at the Ranch at Ucross. The event includes a catered meal alongside both silent and live auctions, a raffle, and exclusive stories from the 2021 hunt. Proceeds from the event support the mission of the Wyoming Women’s Foundation, to invest in the economic self-sufficiency of women and opportunities for girls.
