STATE X-COUNTRY – The Bronc and Lady Bronc cross country teams had a tough day at their state meet, the Broncs were 3rd they had three in the top ten led by Austin Akers in 5th place, the Lady Broncs were 8th led by Katie Turpin in 5th place.

The Tongue River Eagles and Lady Eagles both took team state titles in the 2-A championships in Douglas. Addie Pendergast took the Medalist honors for the Lady Eagles and Grace Sopko finished 4th.

SWIMMING / DIVING – The Lady Bronc swimmers and divers competed in their conference meet in Gillette they finished 2nd now it’s onto the state championships set to get underway in Laramie November 5th and 6th.

BRONC FOOTBALL -The Sheridan Broncs blasted Thunder Basin 35-0 Friday the victory gives the Broncs a home playoff game against Rock Springs Friday night.

The Bronc defense whipped Thunder they had seven sacks and hit the quarterback seventeen times in the dominating effort, here’s Head coach Jeff Mowry.

And he says the players took the win in stride and now their second season begins.

The Broncs beat Rock Springs in week three of the regular season but the Tigers found another gear of their own and Mowry says this will be a tough game. The game will kickoff at 5:00 Friday night.

RAMS FOOTBALL – The Big Horn Rams lost at Upton / Sundance 35-0 the Rams will travel for their first round game at Lyman Friday afternoon.

EAGLES FOOTBALL – The Tongue River Eagles closed out their season with a home victory 21-8 over Glenrock.

COWBOY FOOTBALL – The Wyoming Cowboy football team lost an overtime game at Nevada 37-34, this week the Cowboys play at home against Hawaii Friday night kickoff is at 7:45.

BRONCO FOOTBALL – The Denver Broncos lost at home to Kansas City 43-16 the Broncos host the LA Chargers Sunday afternoon.
