Troopers Split With Gillette / Little Bronc Football Camp Opens Monday / Rockies Beat the Padres

LITTLE BRONC FOOTBALL CAMP – The Sheridan Bronc football team will host their annual “Little Bronc” football camp starting Monday.

The camp is open to all boys and girls through the 8th grade, each session will be from 5 to 6 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the fee is 15 dollars.

They will start registration Monday at 4:30 at Homer Scott stadium, all campers should have their own water bottles and proof of insurance is required.

AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL – The Sheridan Troopers split their double header with Gillette at Thursday night the Roughriders took game one 7-6 and the Troopers took game two 3-2. They play a single nine inning game with the 406 Flyers this evening at 5:00.

Tomorrow the play two with Spearfish starting at 5:00, Sunday the Flyers come back for two games starting at 1:00 and Monday they close out the regular season with a double header with Rock Springs starting at 11:00 am.

The Class “C” Wyoming American Legion state baseball tournament started Thursday in Cheyenne, the Sheridan team lost a 3-2 decision against Casper they play Lovell today in a loser out game.

GOLF – The Sheridan high school booster club golf tournament is Sunday at the Powder horn, it’s a four person team scramble shot gun start is at 1:00 to register teams contact the Powder horn golf shop.
