Morning Sports: November 26, 2025
Wyoming HS Football All-Conference and All-State 2025 Selections Named: All-State and All-Conference selections for Wyoming High School Football have been announced and a total of 41 players from Sheridan and Johnson County High Schools received some sort of post-season recognition.
Sheridan had 7 players named All-State.
The names include Beck Haswell, who was also named the 4A Lineman of the Year, Breck Reed, Gauge Rodgers, Sam Huffman, Nathan Bloom, Brady Hartman and Keegan Rager, who was also named the 4A Defensive Player of the Year.
Big Horn had 8 All-State selections.
Those names are Camden Burrup, Bridger Doke, Ridge Franklin, Chase Garber, Cruz Hernandez, Finn Stalick, Gunnar Whyard and Tucker Wulff.
Three players from Buffalo were selected.
They were James Ihnat, Lane Rabel, and Zeke Ramirez.

Sheridan Hawks Junior Hockey: The Sheridan Hawks are back on the ice this weekend for a home and home series vs. Gillette.
Friday’s game is on the road, starting at 7:30pm.
Saturday’s game is at home, beginning at 7:05pm.
University of Wyoming Football: The Wyoming Cowboys will conclude their season this Saturday with a game at Hawaii.
The only thing on the line for the Pokes is the Paniolo Trophy, while the Rainbow Warriors are trying to improve their chances to play in an attractive bowl game.
Kickoff is scheduled for 9pm and you can hear the game LIVE on AM 1410 KWYO and 106.9 FM.
University of Wyoming Men’s and Women’s Basketball: The Wyoming Cowboys are back in action today as the team hosts Denver University.
Tip off is scheduled for 6:30pm.
The Pokes also play on Sunday at Texas Tech, beginning at 1pm.

The Wyoming Cowgirls got back into the win column yesterday with a 75-38 win at home vs. Chadron State.
The ladies shot 48% for the game and held the opposition to about 26%.
Malene Pedersen led all scorers with 26 points, while Henna Sandvik added in a dozen.
UW next plays this coming Saturday at home vs. South Dakota.

Denver Broncos Football: The Denver Broncos return to action this weekend as the team plays in the Sunday night game at Washington.
