Sheridan Boys And Big Horn Girls Cross Country Teams Win 2025 State Championship

The Sheridan boys won their second 4A state championship (the other was in 2019), while the Big Horn girls won the 2A state championship for the first time.

The Tongue River girls (2A) and Buffalo boys (3A) finished as state runners-up.

Runners who finish in the top 10 of their race earn all-state honors.


4A Boys:

Eli Balkenbush and Aadan Luna finished 3rd and 5th respectively.

Sophomore Lyla Marney (BH) repeated as state champ, while Ella Marney and Teagan Butler finished 4th and 8th.

Grace Perkins and Charlotte Baldock of Tongue River finished 9th and 10th.

Ethan Rayo (Buffalo) is the state champ, while Jace Townsend finished 4th.

Kayley Alicke (Sheridan) finished 9th to help the Lady Broncs finish 5th.

2A Boys:

Cameron Guelde (Big Horn) and Brendan Mogen (BH) finished 5th and 9th respectively to help the Rams finish 4th.

Kade Shideman (Tongue River) finished 7th to help the Eagles finish 5th.

Ellie Farris and Maya Hall of Buffalo finished 6th and 8th respectively to help the Lady Bison finish 3rd.
