It is with a sad heart that I must share the passing of my brother, Douglas A. DeWitt and his wife Debra L. DeWitt at their home in Elkhorn, Wyoming. Debra passed on September 4th and Doug passed on September 12th, 2025. Thanks to the perservience of long time family friend Rudy Patus who initiated a welfare check, when he was unable to reach Doug.
Sheridan Co sheriff informed him of the deaths.
On behalf of our family and and friends, I wish to thank Brenna Hill, Debra’s daughter for the care she gave my brother as his health declined. My condolences to her and her family for their loss.

I have spent the last 12 hours reminiscing about the adventures Doug and I went on, if you climbed up in the passenger seat of his truck or took an ATV out you were sure to go on an adventure. I will miss those times.
