Sheridan Man Enters Not Guilty Pleas on Multiple Drug Charges

A 30-year-old Sheridan man entered not guilty pleas at an arraignment hearing this week in Fourth Judicial District Court in Sheridan. Donald Brower pleaded “not guilty” to the charges of Conspiracy to Deliver a Controlled Substance to a Minor- Marijuana, and Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance to a Juvenile- Marijuana.

The alleged crimes occurred between October 3rd and 4th of this year and involved Brower and two other co-defendants selling Marijuana to a 16-year-old individual. District Court Judge John Fenn set a pretrial conference for February 11 at 9 am and scheduled the 2 to 3 day jury trial for March 15. If convicted on both counts, Brower faces up to 20 years in prison and fines of up to $20,000.
