Homemade Ice Cream at SCLT Welcome Center

Nothing says summer quite like homemade ice cream! On Saturday, August 22, from 11 a.m. until noon, the community can join the staff at the Sheridan Community Land Trust Welcome Center at 14 Lane Lane, to discover how generations made this favorite treat.

You are welcome to take a turn cranking an old-fashioned ice cream maker, learn a little of the history and science behind the process, and, of course, taste the results!
