After tabling a decision on the matter last month, the Sheridan County Commission is scheduled to consider at Tuesday’s regular meeting the adoption of a resolution concerning rules and regulations governing leasing of county-owned lands at the county airport.

Also on the agenda for Tuesday’s meeting is consideration of a project to remap the Story floodplain; a Letter of Support for a Tongue River Fire District grant application; a Lease and Assumption Agreement and a Consent to Sublease Agreement between Rovar, LLC and Aero NW, LLC; a final reconnaissance report for the bridge replacement project on County Road 140; and a proposed vacation of a public right-of-way in the Downer Addition.

The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning in the Second Floor Board Room, #220, of the Sheridan County Courthouse Addition.

The public is welcome to attend.

Will they abide by these new rules or simply “make up their own” as the Four Failed commissioners did when they Colluded to rig the commissioner Vacancy replacement in August?
