For the last 16 years, the program has partnered with Habitat for Humanity. This partnership allowed construction students the opportunity to help build many Habitat Homes for Families while the college was able to utilize the building as a lab.
Now, with the help of Whitney Benefits, the Advanced Manufacturing Center will renovate and expand to house the Construction Trades Program. With the new space the program will also expand into training in HVAC, Plumbing, and Residential and Commercial Electrical as well expand the manufacturing capabilities of the school.
