Clearmont Historical Group to Host Ice Cream Social

Clearmont Historical Group will host an ice cream social on Sunday, August 6 at the Clearmont Branding Iron Park, starting at 11 a.m.

Fran Felz and Ira Roadifer, Historical Group Members, talk about the upcoming event.

Featured artist for August is Ann Arndt, who has a display of art and tapestry artwork. Arndt was art and English teacher for many years at Arvada/Clearmont School and is an active member of the Clearmont Historical Group. The Bates Ranch display will be taken down soon, to be replaced by the Roebling Ranch display.

Several attended the July 15 tour of the Passaic/Otter Creek country and Ira Roadifer talked about the tour.

There will be a fall Powder River Tour on Sept. 16.
